The Corner House pub

Our relaxed and friendly association meetings are normally held every other month, with the meetings being scheduled up to a year in advance to enable you to put the dates in your diary. Meetings are held in either the 'small bar' or the skittle alley of The Corner House pub (junction of Boutport Street and Joy Street), with the hospitable landlady often providing complimentary sandwiches and nibbles; so purchase your drinks at the main bar, and come along and join us.

Meetings are held on Wednesday evenings as the town is relatively quiet, and unless there is something on at the nearby Queen's Theatre, on-street parking is available just a few metres away. The meetings start at 7.30pm (after the end of the daily charge period), and finish around 9pm.

Agenda's are confirmed about a week or ten days prior to the meeting, with both the agenda for the forthcoming meeting and the minutes of the previous meeting available for download below.

An archive of meeting Agenda's and Minutes is available here.

Commencing at the meeting held on 20th May 2015, there will be a draw with a single prize (£10.00 BJ's Value House garden voucher). The draw will take place during each meeting (until further notice), and will contain the names of all paid-up association members at that date. The winner of the first prize-draw was Linda Hemmings (Bryant's Field), who says she "... enjoyed choosing three lovely perennials ..." for her garden. Join the BAA, and you could be the next lucky recipient of a £10.00 garden voucher! Check here for a list of winners!
